Both some of the best sounding cars ever made, with their own touch.
Zonda R sounds more savage and raw.
Huayra R sounds more "refinded" in the acoustically tuned sense.
Even though both engines rev out to 9000-ish rpm, the Huayra sounds much more high-pitched, akin to a small displacement F1 engine compared to the Zonda which has a more LMP kinda vibe to it.
Both awesome and can never have enough of!

I love how Zonda R and Huayra R are so distinct in terms of overall character; the more I look into the little details, the more I appreciate both. Others before me have pointed it out, but I say we celebrate both of these automotive masterpieces. All due props to Mr. Pagani for crafting these amazing pieces of machinery!

Both are masterpieces, but I genuinely prefer the Huayra R, just the design is so much cleaner, also it sounds even more like a F1 V12... still love both a lot!!

I love both but the Zonda R just got my heart, it is so loud and agressive and those shift sounds are incredible. However I do love that high pitch scream from the Huayra R too

I would go with the Huayra R. One of the greatest sounding exhaust notes in history. It sounds so refined and F1 car like. Absolute eargasm.

The Zonda is a little deeper, more raw, pissed off at idle to low rpm. The Huayra is a little more high strung, formula 1 like sound (not the neutered current f1 sound, don't get it twisted). I have to go with my gut, Zonda ftw.
