MAJOR WARNING re. Open road 4wd - they completely shafted me on a simple purchase through their own website. Promised next day shipping during purchase however after 2 weeks of waiting, attempted to track package to find that they direct you to several 3rd parties (not delivery companies) for tracking. 23 days after purchase they contacted to say shipping had not yet occurred and I should await notification of delivery commencement, from the point in time they notify me (which is TBD) it would be 40-60 days after that. At that same time they advised they would be adding an upcharge upon delivery as they were having to ship to a foreign country (I am in Canada and ordered from US, but they are charging a separate delivery fee from China, not declared until after I paid the original purchase price of $699 CAD through the US website. MANY sketchy things going on here and the absence of a phone line or direct contact with customer service is very worrying. Unfortunately I was too hasty in ordering the awning after watching this video and should have read the Reddit reviews first (other people have had similar experiences). Good chance I have lost $700, thankfully not more.

The company is horrible!! Customer service is complete trash.. Would never order from them again .

We ordered their 270 awning with walls. Package arrived damaged. Missing all hardware. Unable to reach anyone. No one answered the email, chat, or phone calls. This company is a scam.
