It's a foul, but the egregiousness of the foul is more than counterweighted by the free cookies. Those penalties offset; enjoy the cookies

It’s one hundred percent implied he made them

This is the sort of important conversation I needed today.

My man is concerned about freshness and bugs getting into your sweet treats. Let the man cook (not literally, since he bought them at a store). Don't bite the hand that feeds you or he will stop.

Putting anything store bought in a different container is frowned upon by coworkers!

If we don’t count Double Stuffed Oreo’s the greatest cookies are double chocolate chip cookies.

Haven't watched this, but chocolate chip is the correct answer

My boss would take us to Leatherby's on top of direct deposits. I see you TJ, that was a cry for help.

What topic other than football can men discuss? Cookies, bought or homemade in Tupperware. What a crazy world 🤣

Looked like three different kinds of cookie. Might have taken a couple from each package for some variety?

Is it tupperware if it is a glass container? Does that add to the fraud if it is store-bought but in a glass storage container?

I love Rich catching a stray from TJ! 😂Bring the team a treat once in a while!

The crux of the argument is whether they are just bought or left over. If he repacked them so they’d last long and brought them to share because he couldn’t finish them in time, that’s perfectly acceptable to me. If he repackaged them an immediately and then brought them in, that appears to be deceptive.

This is the type of Seinfeld content I never knew I needed from this show.

That's a Larry David debate right there

That's Pyrex, not Tupperware.

ANYHOO. Your inference is not necessarily his implication. There's every possibility that he stores all of his cookies in air tight containers to preserve freshness as long as possible. TJ even said he goes to a fancy place. If you're paying for very high quality goods, you want them to last. You won't leave them in a container where they'll go stale quickly. Not a foul. Enjoy your treat.
