Fighting raditz took me an entire night I literally ripped my shirt off when I beat him then uninstalled the game

*10 Ways to Beat Bosses*
DBZ Kakarot Edition!

1. Save some Vitadrinks for when you’re REALKY damaged in battle

2. Always block when you see a red aura about around your enemy or back away to get space

3. Don’t try to attack the enemy when they have a red aura (standing idle) too much. You CAN decide to deal some damage but it’s best if you go for ranger attacks

4. When you see special attacks enemies have spam your side-step button (A for XBox and Switch and X for PS4/5) that gives you a higher chance of dodging the attack

5. Make sure you have enough Ki (energy) for certain attacks including one where in a combo you can hit/spam the “charge energy” button. If you press that while in a melee combo your character can charge energy and attack

6. Speaking of combos if you see the enemy attacking you and decide to block, hold down the block/guard button and then press the “sidestep/teleport” button to teleport behind your opponent dealing some damage and pushing the enemy back if timed correctly (This does take an almost big amount of energy so remember to charge you energy gauge)

7. When you look like you’re taking too much damage back away and use your special ranged attacks. If an enemy is stunned, that’s your chance to either heal (if you have certain healing items equipped) or melee attack, back away when they’re not stunned anymore and back away for ranged special attacks

8. If you are blocking and getting attacked up close, hold the guard button and use the button you use for Ki blasts “Square, X etc”. If used with correct timing it can send the enemy flying backwards giving you time to charge/attack/heal.

9. When the enemy has an animation for their attack, be cautious and try to pay attention to which attack it is (such as the one you got knocked out with) when attacks like that are used it’s harder to attack the enemy themself so sidestep when the enemy uses said attack.

10. Melee special attacks are usually best for stunning the enemy hut that doesn’t mean go buck wild and attack for as long as you want, attack them when their stunned for a couple of second then back off.

Bonus: If you fail and run out of healing items, load and buy some while you have free roam activated, shops aren’t blocked off before most battles.

I found out that the reason why i was having trouble at this part was because i wasnt level grinding to at least LV5, so pretty much this dude just wanted to head to the fight without taking about 1 hour to grind and explore.

Playing Raditz in Hard first time with no items was definitely a learning experience. Really forced me to understand when to block, parry and move all directions to avoid taking damage because that dude deals crazy damage at that point in the game, he can easily land three hits on you and you dead

I got stuck on this level too. If you have trouble of getting to Raditz from a long distance, try wait for him to come to attack you, dodge and attack. If he does ki blasts, block and press B to teleport behind him and knock him down, immediately use a kamehameha to deal some damage before he gets up. Most dbz kakarot players say that this stuff is quite useless, but i think it’s a quick tip for beginners.
