Push the clutch in so you stop the gears from turning over in the transmission oil, will spin over faster.

The one and only 379 Peterbuilt. By far my favourite truck. Lived my whole life next to Paccar’s most advanced plant here in Canada. Seen great trucks come out of there. Yours is a true beauty :)

An absolutely beautiful rig. Glad to see you taking pride in your ride. Being a young guy getting into the industry, I'd love a video explaining how you got into trucking and any tips you have for fellow truckers. You channel's going to grow fast, guaranteed.

Safe travels and thank you for everything you do.

That sound is awesome, I no longer have my '99 cummins dodge ram but miss that noise.

Batts are in parallel, positive to positive and negative to negative. Series would be positive to negative. Awesome rig! I love the color scheme.

3 days and she needs a jump, sounds like it might be time to invest in some batteries or find out what's causing them to get drained.

That's why I love my apu on standby mode battery stay hot and the water pump on it circulates through the main engine block

You might try to put buckets upside-down on your stacks if you park for more then a day or 2 at a time. Those leaves blew out fairly easy but rain will sit in the bottom and eat right thru them. Beautiful truck tho for sure.

You had it right the first time. The batteries are hooked up in parallel.
I would do a load test on them seeing as it only sat for a few days and the truck wouldn't crank over fast enough. Cold weather brings out the bad batteries. It only takes one to spoil the whole bunch.
Beautiful truck by the way!

Had that issue with my KW. it took me 2 months of searching. It was the wires from my espar heater. The frame they were getting pinched between the sleeper and the frame rail. Fixed it. Not one starting issue since. Not even if I took a week off. Starts right up.

Use the clutch. Puts less stress. Motor can get a faster turn. Might wanna check for a further issue. 3 days sitting it should still fire up
