Logo Design On iPad | Affinity Designer

Hello and welcome to my channel, I felt my last video on logo design using the golden ration was too short so I decided to make a longer and better video.
I ordered for a tripod stand for my canon T7i and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. I promise, better videos are coming.

I really love using the affinity designer app from serif for illustrations so I’ll be making more tutorial videos with more focus on the ipad because I really think the ipad can become your main computer.

Do let me know in the comment section if you would like me to make some videos on Affinity photo for the ipad.

Please can you tell me which one is the best app for designing logo.. Inffinity or vectornator on ipad? Because illustrator is paid monthly!.. and I think it does not have all the features..

Those are fibonacci circles, not golden ratio circles. Fibonacci is an approximation. You can just make any size circle and multiply it by Phi (golden ratio 1.618... to make larger circles and multiply by 0.618... to make smaller circles. Those WILL be in true golden ratio proportions. These are crude approximations, specially at the smaller iterations of fibonacci.... Great video and logo.

This was magnificent! Did you use only the pencil for the entire project? Im researching the ipad to use for my design work to replace to macbook completely. Im loving what i’ve been seeing on youtube. I wont have a computer to aid with my future designs, you think it’s possible?

Just like in photography… actually no it is not. You don’t have to plan everything like that to mathematical precision.
I’m photographer and I’m learned by a professional photographer so I can tell you that you don’t need it :).
Do it in your own style and, if you like your work it is enough. You do it for yourself, remember.
