Previously I had looked up how oil/fuel was "cooked"/refined and knew what "octane" meant. This video was sooo informative. I never really understood the relationship between fuels' chemistry and the liquid/solidity of the different fuels. Very informative video. Much appreciated.

Your final question resides in the “who knows”… rocket companies are a business and with ULA being on the sales block… they have to have a product to sell.
Vulcan was a dream before the true reality or more so competitive advantage of reusability became what SpaceX has made it into.
I am 63 so dreaming of rockets landing on other planets have been in my head before Apollo. So when I heard of this Elon Musk guy and his vision… I jumped on his support wagon. When I see new rockets designs following the steps of the V2 (same end result) I just shake my head. I say so because once again… it is the business of making money now, capturing investors, building on ROTA and smiling on your way to the bank. The small payload market will certainly keep this mentality alive for some time. Those with bigger dreams and goals greater than we can currently imagine… will take us to the next step in the ongoing evolution of the human species…
That is if we do not go back to the V2 concept of destroying ourselves with non reusable rockets only designed to deliver a warhead.
Amazing video as always. I always learn and think after watching your content.
Thank you

I find it fascinating that a gallon of liquid hydrogen weighs a little more than a half pound! A gallon of h2o is ~8lbs!!

Falcon 9 & heavy have the fairing problem and they can't get much into gto compared to Vulcan centaur

You don't need to gassefy fuel to burn it, and diesel and kerosene burning engines don't do that, what they are doing is breaking the liquid into small droplets using injectors, that makes the combustion faster and homogeneous.

Starship hasn’t worked yet

ULA decided to spend R&D money on lobbying and campaign contributions so that the customers ask for business very very very specific to ULA capabilities. Work smarter or spend easier.

ULA is fine, they don't have to be cost efficient, they have votes something Congress values much more than efficiency.

Blue Origin Rocket are only good in paper...a history of failures.
