Greta Thunberg joins pro-Palestine protest in Eurovision city

Climate activist Greta Thunberg joined thousands of pro-Palestinian protesters in Eurovision 2024 host city Malmo to protest "Israel's" participation in the song contest ahead of this year's second semi-final.

"Young people are leading the way and showing the world how we should react to this," Thunberg, said, donning a keffiyeh, the traditional Palestinian scarf that has long been a symbol of resistance and Palestinian heritage.

Some 100,000 visitors have gathered in the southern Swedish city for the event, which is taking place amid protests and boycotts over the Israeli genocide in Gaza.

She’s overstaying her exposure. To much exposure breeds irrelevance. She absolutely knows nothing about the Middle East as is the case for most of the pro Palestinians. Ask them about all the conferences and wars where Israel offered peace, ask them about Olmert offer of peace which included East Jerusalem. Every offer of peace was rejected and met with violence. Their ignorance is astounding.
