Not going to lie, this video is not our normal vibe. So last Thursday during the lazy part of the afternoon, Wendell shot the video in record time and I edited it almost as quickly. There isn't much to it. The case is perfectly average. Absolutely nothing special about it. Of course, that's not a bad thing! This case is a good case if you are on a budget! Starting at $69.99 and only ten bucks more for the RGB version, we say... Yep, it's a case.

The Fractal Torrent line up is still the best case damn they nailed it with that one.

I like it a lot. Combination of pure mesh in front, together with no PSU shroud and no HDD cage as obstacle means that the airflow and GPU temps should be superb.
HDD mounts in the back is such a smart design that I'm baffled why it's not implemented more, I've only seen it in few cases.
Sufficient room inside, made well enough, no unneccessary crap, comes with 2 big fans, cheap...we might have a new budget champion here.

They put a 5.25" bay in the Pop but not this? I would have bought one, too. Would have been a nice upgrade from my Focus G.

Having used the Original Focus G in many different builds (I think I still have 3 of them around my house) this looks like a really good upgrade. I think for some people the lack of 5.25 in bays could be an issue but I never used them.

I used the Focus G for a family member's build. It was a noticeable downgrade from my own Define R5, but it was still a neat little case.
Based on the video, here's some things I like:
1. TG instead of acrylic.
2. Top has a dust filter that can be removed from the outside now.
3. Bottom has a proper dust filter now.

And some things I don't like:
1. Removal of 5.25 bay. CD/DVD/BD drives are commonly used by the target audience of non-enthusiasts.
2. Removal of hardware cages in favor of mounting to the frame. I find the cages are easier for maintenance and cleaning.
Overall, I think this update is a nicely "modernized" version of the case, in good and in bad. Would buy it if I was looking for a non-black budget case.

I still usually mount the psu upside down. It gets less dust in it when its drawing air from inside the case. And it never ends up choked for air because you forgot to clean the filter hidden underneath your computer

i have focus G myself and i would say this is prob what i would buy if i had opportunity to buy at the time because i had to drill out 5.25' and 3.5' drive bays since 240mm AIO radiator could not go up top and sapphire pulse rx5600xt barely fit inside the case

what i hate is that they made front I/0 be aside instead of original upfront where they could make top have 360mm radiator support which would make this case a decent budget contender for custom loops

i love the introduction of offset kit, USB-C and usage of actual glass (yes i know it can break but acrylic is so easy to scratch that it is too annoying)

making use of motherboard panel for 2.5' drives and SSD's is neat way of improving cable management

i also love that they improved on cable management especially with a main hole for PSU where now it looks cleaner

extra USB-C in front would be a good thing because i bet target audience is things like office work where extra front I/0 would help

if you ask me this is a good choice if you just want to have a decent case without breaking the bank where you can still upgrade to set of nocuta fans and get a overall perfectly fine case

I just got this case on sale in Canada. I love the front panel mesh and the 2 Aspect 14 rgb fans are really good quality although 3 pin non pwm. Airflow seems un-compromised and it will be for my backup r5 3600 machine as my lancool ii mesh remains my daily driver. Overall liking the build quality and find it tends to be higher than Deepcool
