Ennio Morricone is rightly considered the world’s greatest living film composer. Having soundtracked more than 500 films, and worked with great directors from Leone and Bertolucci to Almodóvar and Tarantino, he is among the most prolific and influential movie composers of all time.
Edda Dell'Orso is known for her frequent collaborations with Morricone and other composers.
This is the result of many masters of their craft, true virtuosos, effortlessly interweaving contrasting styles to produce some of the most sublime music.
I made this video on my trip to Mustang . This particular shot was taken at Dhumba Lake, Jomsom.

Edda Dell'Orso, what a sequence peak for her starting at 1:59. It's like she just revs up her voice, and then she just carries for about 22 seconds. You can hear her beautiful voice somehow "riding on top" of all the powerful musical sounds coming from the vast combination of instruments and not being lost in the background during those 22 seconds that end at about the two twenty two mark. Absolutely amazing. Outstanding performance.
