Prison Advice for Jussie Smollett (150 Day Sentence at Cook County Jail)

I may be wrong, but I believe Judge James Linn will sentence Jussie Smollett to prison on March 10, 2022. My guess is six months to one year in prison.

Had he not lied on the stand, I suspect he might have received probation.

If Jussie Smollett is in prison, he will need to adjust accordingly and avoid problems at all cost.

To ensure Jussie Smollett (or any person going to prison) has a productive experience, I filmed this video.

Thank you,
Justin Paperny

I never know where quite to begin when I watch your video posts
I have not been to jail...but there is something about what you post that truly moves me. It is incredibly sobering to hear what you say. All I can say...as i have most likely done before..is thank you. That, and I wonder if somehow your very powerful message can be used as a "preventative measure" to make people think before they do...again if that makes sense. But thanks!

Loved your closing about fake it with who loves you. They are out of their minds with worry and you can at least pretend for them, that you aren't being tortured by guards and other prisoners and everything will be okay. Your own actions got you where you were. Show responsibility by protecting them from the horror. They are powerless to help you, other than love you.

Advice: I remembered when OJ's first day in prison. He had purchased snacks for his fellow convicts. He knew what time it was during his time. But, Jussie won't listen to your advice because he is thinking no prison for him.

He will take the phone. He is incapable of not taking the phone.

You were Spot on as usual. I love how you had enough conviction to predict his incarceration. He got 150 and he would be well served to follow your advice and stop all the acting

You know what’s funny? I don’t remember once seeing Juicy’s parents publicly having his back.

You were right. He deserved time away to think about the consequences of his actions, but I did not expect the judge to do the right thing.

Six months to a year in prison for Jussie. What a paltry amount. Sad.
Who names their kid, Jussie? Never mind.

I’m gonna save this video when I get caught by the Feds

Jussie walked into prison with the same values that put him there. He was willing to use other people for his personal advantage regardless of the consequence to others. He allowed his entire family to perjure themselves on his behalf. The judge would probably not have sentenced Jussie to jailtime if he had shown remorse. Instead, the man persisted in his arrogance and entitlement, perjuring himself from start to finish during trial. He might be a talented actor/singer, but he can't write a convincing script to save his skin, not nearly as clever as he likes to imagine. You give good advice, but I see no evidence that he is wise enough to subscribe.

He'll be in PC or on a watch because he'll figure out when you're on a watch you won't be around other inmates. That combined with the fact he'll only do 75 days and not 150 he got off easy. If it was anyone else they would have gotten 5 years.

The guy that put a rope around his own neck is NOT suicidal!. Jussie will be ok hes a when he told us how he "fought back" against his attackers and how he "goes hard" against racist and bullies? Hes the "gay Tupac", he'll be fine.

I watched the sentencing and was thinking of your previous video giving advice how he should handle the hearing. Smollett and his legal team didn't follow any of it and it doesn't look like Smollett is following any from this video in the few days he's been in jail.
