EDIT: He was caught in August of 2022 by the San Diego Police Department. I went to look it up myself.

I used to tow police cars that were either in a accident or broke down. One car I had to tow to the police yard had a shot gun still between the seats and 2 riffles in the trunk. I had to sit there for 2 1/2 hours to babysit the car until the police came and retrieved the guns.
