Despite his equipment and crew, the snapshots are considerably less accurate after the nerf. I can see that for the majority of players without bounty equipment, the tank will miss the majority of snap shots.

not accuracy got nerved but dispersion on the move and turret, so it takes more time to aim but the accuracy of full aimed shots is the same as before.

Leo PTA was nerfed because you didn't need gold ammo or food or improved equipment :) No gold spam or food in the tank so no premium tanks or premium account needed no money spent on the game only time to have fun because you have money in your wallet. Skili Dad didn't like it end seed let nerf the gun end let them spend all of the money if they want to win. REeee

The tank definitely performs a fair bit worse if you aren't running full bounty. Played a game yesterday and missed so many shots I had to start shouting Russia.

Keep in mind Skill runs bounty gear and food. That’s a 12.5% improvement over a regular setup I think?

Being a fairly new player I hadn't heard much about the Leo. My first introduction to it was when I picked it to play in the sandbox server. Of course I had a 4 skill crew and every module I wanted, plus every premium consumable available, because WG furnished us with all the bonds, credits and gold we could ever use. The tank played well in my opinion, because I play a lot of fast mediums in regular games. The gun's damage was awesome and it usually took 5 or 6 hits from other tanks to kill me. So, not too bad for trading off. So, I just bought my own Leo PTA. My first game with a 75% crew and I got 2, 895 damage! That got me a high caliber and first place on XP! Not bad for an unskilled crew and regular consumables. Oh yea, and NO FOOD!

It takes forever to aim if u turn your turret to much. It is also slightly slower although they didn't mention that. First they killed t IX obj.430 with so much dispersion it's unplayable, useless in mid to long distance, now they f up Leopard PTA. For free 2 play players like me it is a big hit.

The truth is, even without equipments and a 50% crew Skill still would do great things with that tank! For us, the normal players, Leo is close to retirement...

Hearing the aim time was being nerfed, I wondered if this would mean you'd have to take more damage sitting to aim. But, tbh, 1.9 to 2.0 is effectively no change at all

Bad gun handling on my PTA is *NOT* my play style. The PTA is for me a ninja sniper and which ninja wait to load his weapon before to kill his enemy.
I'm a easy man of a easy citizen player. I don't have bounty's and don't play the PTA like 10k WN8 but because of few people does, the hole tank got
nerfed for all? And yes -20% disperson is a big and feel able nerf. Especially without bounty's. Even in the Video you could saw how many times you had
a big aim circle and just have wait quite long to aim in. And I play the PTA with "improved aiming" because of german sniper, every shot must be a every hit.
It was a great tank for me. Now you must pay 15k bounty's and change your play style to competetive to have a similar tank before the nerf
(from the point of view of a "normal" player). I wish he got a big DPM nerf instead of gun handling. That would make more sense.
Sniper's are not known to shot fast.

Honestly its pretty much the same sniper, but snapshots got a bit harder also after stopping you aim longer but once u fully aim its the same leo we love

skieeeel the point you are missing is about the equipment .
I believe when u played the buffed version the bounty equipment was not in the game or at least u was not using it on this tank.
and now your equipment pretty much by pass the nerfs.
