This is a deleted shot from "The Big Boss" (1971). Featuring James Tien head bleeding out of a wound, which was cut out by the Hong Kong censors. The shot is from the scene where Hsu Chien (James Tien) and Ah Pei (Billy Chan) visit the Big Boss's house and fights against his gang.

According to Jason Hart, this was the first fight scene to have some parts cut out. This shot is in the Super 8 version of the English Export Trailer. I sourced this from the 4K version of the trailer, uploaded by Kyodai Kino. But I color corrected the shot to get rid of most of the green tint. I also slightly crop it to fit the 2:35:1 aspecct ratio.
