Nick looks healthier this year compared to last. Last season drained the hell outta him. We have some stuff to clean up, but I'm much more encouraged than last year.

He should be in a coach management type of role. No play calling responsibilities. His strength is the hype man coach. Play calling changes his personality because he is inexperienced at it.

I honestly think White problem is in the field. Something is going on personally that he can’t shake and it affecting his game playing.

I have watched the guy play he is not a bad player he probably needs good mentoring.
