Middle East Humanitarian Crisis - Six Months On

For six months, residents of #Gaza have endured unimaginable hardships.

It’s virtually impossible to deliver humanitarian aid in northern Gaza, and in the south, the challenges are immense.

As a result, their access to basic necessities — healthcare, safe drinking water, affordable food, and more — has dwindled.

Through our Red Cross Red Crescent Movement partners, the Canadian Red Cross has supported sending thousands of blankets and hygiene kits from Government of Canada stocks to Gaza.

We know more aid is needed — people’s lives depend on it.
