Just an fyi, i received my cameras today and had an issue connecting with the app. I called technical support and they said we have tonuse the dekco app and not cloud edge. The cloud edge app is apparently outdated 😊

Awesome they were geniuses to put the memory card slot low enough and in a great location where the Burgerlar can locate it and take that as well !!! Kudos to the designer of this security camera!!!

Hi Nathan, I deleted my camera from the app to install again due to a change in the service provider. Do I need to still enter the camera Serial number to do the setup? Nothing else worked.

I have 5 Dekco's cam at home and after a change my router both of these are not recording and also not sending any notification . I only can acces the cam in real time.. Do you know why ?

Porque en la aplicación no aparece el modela de la cámara que compré y al momento de emparejarla con mi teléfono me dice que espere el punto rojo y luego que el azul, pero en mi cámara solo aparece el punto verde y luego el azul no puedo puedo emparejar por favor ayúdame

If you want my constructive criticism... When I google something like this, I'm only looking for information that I don't know. I have subscribed to creators that begin their video with their name and then get straight to the point. Introduction music, let alone a long and irrelevant video made me frustrated. Then talking about why someone would want a camera - I already know why. Overall, I don't have a lot of time for extra talking about things that most people already know. I just need some specific info. I started trying to skip to see what I needed, but eventually stopped the video, wrote this, then went to find something more direct.
