I was at this seminar with my wife, first time there. Was so amazed that Robin Vincent was doing talk, after watching so much of his videos, so looking forward to Synthfest 2022. Hope he's gonna be doing a talk. Absolutely brilliant..

I too was at this seminar. Robin was brilliant, it was funny and informative and unfortunately all too accurate as to what happens when you get into modular. I went to Sheffield in 2019 owning just a semi modular synth and three years later have been totally sucked down the modular rabbit hole! Looking forward to seeing you at SynthFest 2022!

I love Robin. He was one the you-tubers that originally convinced me to take the leap into Eurorack and modular. He’s spot on about the irritation and anxiety one feels just deciding on a case and power. So much anguish and cash outlay, and you haven’t even gotten a module that blinks or cables to prod it with.
I think Robin’s advice about getting started and how welcoming the community can be is exactly right.
