Boston's Acting Mayor, Kim Janey, will be taking questions with Jim and Margery on Boston Public Radio at 11AM ET on Thursday, April 8.
Janey recently announced her intention to run for Mayor, joining a field of her former colleagues on the Boston City Council, as well as other candidates such as Boston ER doc and state rep Jon Santiago and city economic development chief John Barros.
Janey became acting mayor after former Mayor Marty Walsh departed Boston to join the Biden administration in Washington, D.C. as Secretary of Labor. Janey is the first woman, and the first person of color, to serve as Boston's mayor.
