My over ear Momentum 3's also received a nice firmware update - the call quality is better than on anything I've ever heard before. My wife and brother both tell me I sound better on the Senn's than directly on the phone. I can hear folks so much better as well. I normally hear about 95% of what my son has to say when he calls from across country, and now I can hear every single word. It's so nice to be able to have a long talk with someone you care about, and not have to ever ask them to repeat themselves, and vice versa - that's priceless in my book. Great job Sennheiser, very impressive.

I just compared with your previous video comparing the Sennheiser and the Jabra Elite 75T where the firmware wasn’t available and this new firmware is much, much better!!

Hi, Great review, I've got a pair of Momentum 2 and did the firmware update, but my call quality is so much worse than your video (used with an iPhone). Are they any other settings/updates.

Absolutely. Went from being horrendous, muffled and basically not usable to sounding perfect and people can't tell whether I'm using the handset or the earbuds. They're even better than my old wired set of high end earphones, and that's saying something!

Battery life is great, sound quality great, features great, comfort great and now call quality is great! Well worth the money

As was expected, the firmware release has completely resolved the call quality issues.
