One thing I'd like to ask would be, how do you scale the height of several objects (with varying heights) such that they all have the same height?

i have a question about scaling and rotating, is it possible to scale/rotate different part of a single object on the same pivot? so they will move as a single object without each of them using their own pivot point? and without combine all of them together, for examples a single object of a house made by multiple separated pieces
