Update: In response to user requests, I had added back side of the check. For double-sided printing, select the appropriate option on your printer. For single-sided printers, print the first page, then flip the page and print the second page. Please let us know if you encounter any issues.

Ok but how about the reverse side where they sign ? There should be a line for signature there where it typically says sign above this line, how do you solve that?

This is great! I could use it if it also allowed me to customize the other fields like Pay to the order of, Date, and Amount. I pay 1 bill a month with a check and it is a pain to fill them out. I was even thinking of making a rubber stamp but your tool would solve my issue if I could customes those fields.
