So if your wondering what is that fizz sound when it goes by it is normal the rail getting heated or it is getting charged on the roof there are these wire like bars they are chargers and the small copper bar on the train and yes the train is electric

Crazy thing is doesn't even feel like it on board; just feels like a regular train in motion.

The E7 series may be slow, but the E5 series on the Tohoku and Hokkaido Shinkansen has a top speed of 320 km/h.

Shinkansen lines built in recent years, such as the Hokuriku Shinkansen, are called "Shinkansen for maintenance" (整備新幹線) and are limited by an old law to a speed of 275 km/h. (The Tohoku Shinkansen, the fastest line, also runs at 275 km/h north of Morioka. (The Tohoku Shinkansen, which runs at 320 km/h, is also limited to 275 km/h north of Morioka.)
Until the 2023 timetable revision, the Joetsu Shinkansen's slowest speed was 240 km/h, but this was raised to 275 km/h. Currently, only the Tohoku Shinkansen Hayabusa and Komachi trains and the Tokaido and Sanyo Shinkansen trains operate at speeds above 275 km/h, while all other full-standard Shinkansen trains operate at 275 km/h.
Therefore, it is not wrong to describe the Shinkansen as the slowest in Japan, but let us just say that this speed is the standard speed in Japan and is not slow by any means.
(For reference, the Tokaido Shinkansen runs at 285 km/h and the Sanyo Shinkansen at 300 km/h.)
