GTA V was not made with LSPDFR so remember it is what it is.

How to get better frames per second in your LSPDFR game? Use mainly LSPDFR plugins and less scripts and plugins. FPS loss is also do to the newer RageNativeUI.dll 1.6.3.0. I found that 1.5.1.0 is much more stable but the newer plugins are dependent on 1.6.3.0.

If you have a good video card, turn off vsync and you should get better FPS. Vsync just stabilizes your FPS to 60fps in case your monitor is not capable of handling higher FPS above 60fps,

Vsync on your monitor will cap the frame-rate of a game to 144, OPs Monitor can only display 60 frames per seconds so Vsync will cap the frame-rate of a game to 60.

In GTA Online, I get almost 100fps and in story mode I don’t get higher than 50fps but when I load LSPDFR I get like max 35fps.

You didn't need to force duty you were already on duty that can cause more lag and make your game crash

sync means it will not be any screen tears, like lines and caps it at 60 or w.e your hz is

I had this issue and all i did was update everything in the device manager on the pc i tried your way it didn't work so if it still doesn't work try this way it might work for you
