One thing Scaramouche got over Xiao is the fact that Scaramouche’s skill isn’t literally broken.

If I remember correctly, Xiao’s dash sometimes just doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do.

The hydro buff seems to be a pretty good one, because it increases the flying time and during flying, your attacks deal more damage, so overall, the hydro buff increases your overall DPS.

I’ve done calculations and I think he’s going to end up better than Xiao simply because his team comps are much more versatile, and he is capable of swirling. Nobody really compares to the Waifus, bc HYV is biased to the male fan base (who’ll spend money lol). I think he’s SS+ for exploration, and S tier for dps, just my analysis though!

scaramouche got reborn and immediately, quite literally, decided to sexually identify as an attack helicopter. that enough makes him a must pull. xiao might be a pogo from hell, but he cant fly.

honestly, i feel like hes better than xiao by like a 0.01%, both xiao and wanderer are amazing anemo dps, his burst is rly good since it's scaling is very high, and it costs 60 energy, but i have every anemo chara so he will be a very good character. i also feel like he will be less clunky than other dps !
