Hi, i was thinking the "soft move" was the only way to be sure the chip was fully reflowed, but seen the high rate of device worsening (stopping completely to work), i defenately say that this method shortens the balls underside.. so how can overcome of this problem, without professional equipements?

this is how you damage a bga chip. this should be done by machine.
