Icy Canada-China relations unlikely to limit overall trade

The diplomatic standoff between Canada and China over Meng Wanzhou and the two Michaels may have put a chill on relations between the countries, but it’s unlikely to stall overall trade even if Huawei doesn’t build a Canadian 5G network.
