Per CBJ's Twitter account Laine left the game with an upper-body injury and will not return.

He's so underrated because they just compare him to Mathews and it's not really fair... He's got a rocket of a shot I just feel he needs that perfect C to play with him to finally reach his full potential

It seems that Laine is too fast now and movement control is not in phase with that. Excellent dominating play here but he unfortunately had a bit too much speed to control his body and injuried.
