Edit: Controversial honorable mention is Steaua Bucharest for the 80s when they won the UCL with amazing defense, made another final, and won the Romanian league 5x in a row with a world record 104 games unbeaten in all competitions.

Barca in 00's
City in 20's rn, they are always a Title Contender in the Champions League, won it once, reached the final twice (nearly 3 times), and they are farming the Premier League.

Barca is also another good call in 2010's, A Treble and Medium Treble (2011), Nearly another Sextuple (twice in 2011 and 2015), Farmed La Liga and dominated Spain, Madrid did dominate the UCL.

So my list:
80's: AC Milan
90's: AC Milan (although United with the Treble is actually close)
2000's: Barcelona, Two UCLs and a Sextuple, a Treble (with the sextuple ofc) a Medium Treble (2006)
2010's: Real Madrid or Barcelona
2020's: Man City (right now)

Imo 2019 is a tie between real madrid and barcelona just because of how back and forth both teams were in la liga, with the occasional prime barca coming around and destroying all competition for a year or 2 and Real madrid being madrid in the ucl
