So i had the same issue. It was blinking only constantly and the reset or other buttons were not working. The app could not find the robot.
So i took it to service maintenance, to check.
They said it is the motherboard and it is the same price to change it or to buy new robot.
I am very disappointed because i have used the robot for 1 year and 6 months.
I hope that your problem is not the same as mine.

My soulution was: Remove the battery for 24 hours and put it pack. (i have bought a new battery what was NOT the solution)
