The presenter sounds a lot like the guy from the B1M channel. The accent, the cadence.

Did you say Pantani is the last Italian rider to win the race (TdF)? What of 2014?

Personally I would say that Tadej is the best classics rider of his generation

Great piece, thanks. For the Danish pronunciation say, Vin-gah-goh. It’s the closest we English speakers can come. 😅 🇩🇰

Why is Evanepoel always considered a GC contender when he always loses time on big mountain stages? He is great at one day races and TT's and obviously is world class, but come on, he should not be considered as a GC contender for tdf.

I'm expecting chaos from day 1. Watch a lot of DNFs, big time gaps, punctures, crashes and upset riders.
Still, it will be entertaining. The riders wont like it though!

Great summary Sam. However, I should remind you that it is Sir Mark Cavendish now! Any chance the other riders might do the honour of "gifting" him a final stage win?😗

This year's tour is Really Disorganised, Some of the stages do not Represent Road Bikes at all, I actually expect some big names to drop out of the tour de france this year.

For the "free" you tube segments, I simply mute the audio and scroll down to read some comments until the banal dull drivel is over..
I don't see or hear the annoying ads, so the you tube ads are inconsequential, thanks you tube, you're so cash starved, I feel "bad".

Vingegaard is the better tour rider over pogacar

Yet doesn’t have the miles in his legs

V won’t be in full shape till approx stage 8-10. Then watch out

Hence p must attack get at least 3 min on v in stages 1-10

Even when v finds his legs by stage 10 he’s at big risk, b c tho in shape not enough training, to be hit w cramps. That’s what happens when one pushes hard w o the foundation.

I think v comes back stages 11-21, esp hill top finishes stages 14 and 15

If these two are x close going into stage 21, and I think that will be the case, watch out for crashes tt stage 21, esp by p

Here’s my GC prediction if no crashes and illnesses.
1. Pogacar is going to win if Jonas is not 100% or unable to race.
2. Roglic and Jorgensen would be fighting for 2nd position.
3. Unknown

To pronounce French properly, you must eat some escargot and wash it down with a nice Merlot.

Didn’t Vincenzo Nibali win the 2014 Tour? So Pantani wasn’t the last Italian winner?
