Residents east of downtown woke up to the sound of gunfire Friday, as police shot and killed a ‘suspect’. Alberta’s police watchdog is now investigating Edmonton's third officer-involved shooting of 2022.

The “gun” they show a picture of, that police supposedly found in the vehicle of the guy the cops murdered is a paintball gun. A PAINTBALL GUN …good grief 🤦‍♂️

Its just laughable and disgusting in one swipe. Im european, not even from this country, never have i heard from edmonton neither have i visited or been interested in that town or county (dunno lol) . Still i know it since years only because there s regularly policemen killing civilians on the street and even this one guy who got beaten into coma in sm correctional facilities.
