The squat is an amazing LOW RISK of injury exercise … IF you do it correctly with appropriate loads. Today you’ll learn one of my favorite cues for properly performing it!

This is Arthur Jones the inventor of Nautilus exercise equipment. His pullover machine is a work of art. Jones was an American original. Look him up!

Someone has to sample that speech as background to some really intense techno! I'd love to squat to that!

Do 1 pushup was very hard for me. Just by washing your video and applying your tips with the resistance ban, I went from 0 to 5 push-ups after the first day. Your videos are very helpful 🎉🎉🎉🎉 thank you

For those not understanding, there was a time in pro and college sports that athletes didn't do squats out of fear of injury. Despite Steinborn revolutionizing the exercise in the US in the 20s, there were heavy debates about it in the 60s. It was more revolutionary in developing athletes than Gatorade but only one of them is able to make for a good movie.

Thank you so much for your videos. My squat has improved so much. It’s not easy. I’ve been doing it wrong for decades. Now, at 52, I think I finally understand it. Thanks to your videos 🙏

This video is literally top tier content. People may give you crap for some of the booty thumbnails but there is no mistake about you, you are the most beneficial youtuber for anyone to follow who intends to lift long term.
