You could also create two different shortcuts, so you'd have one called like Steam Deck with the "-gamepadui" argument added and the other shortcut called steam which would be regular steam

Much better than Big Picture mode, now community videos work instead of black screen with arrows, you can also copy shortcut and have unedited one . Adding SteamDeck UI to Startup is great too, also make taskbar hide is better

3:11 You can actually just click on the third icon on the top of the right click menu or just select the file and press the "F2" keys, no need to go to the advance menu (old right click menu), 5:17 same as the properties, you can just click the properties on the simple menu or just select the item and press alt+enter, you don't really need to go to the advance menu.

Both "Rename" and "Properties" are in the Windows 11 context menu, no need to choose "Show more options."
At 3:13, Rename is in the top bar of the context menu in the middle, and at 3:41 Properties is right above the WinRAR command group.

Quick tip, you can make a copy of the steam desktop shortcut and do the steamdeck ui thing on that one, leaving the original unchanged, meaning you have two options. I changed my steamdeck ui shortcut's icon as well.
