Brother you're not clickbaity at all. You're right to not get too caught up in salary but it is important so thank you for being transparent with it. I've never been a fan of how taboo it is to talk about money.

Great video man, I’m getting ready to apply this cycle and these types help so much, not just for the money but to learn about all the different avenues PAs have, what we should look for in contracts and everything else. Keep grinding the channel dude! 🤙
Maybe do little videos some time on just a quick break down of roles, duties and more of some of these specialties like cardio, derm, UC, etc

Great video M8 as a new grad who has worked in a hospital and a private practice I definitely recommend working for a private practice as you can negotiate pay based on production. Seeing more patients should always = more pay. I began working in a private practice seeing 20 patients a day and now see close to 50-60 a day. My salary has grown by $65k in 4 months. Patient satisfaction plays a huge role as well. Great video overall. Subscribed 👌🏾👌🏾
