Wanted to use my Belka DX yesterday-but it won't turn on. Doesn't seem to be a battery issue either.

Is there any Reset button on the Belka? Or maybe its a hardware problem. Also will you be reviewing the new ATS-25 SI4732 ?

My guess is that it's no longer able to read the battery voltage for some reason. Therefor it assumes the battery is dead and shuts down as soon as the power button is released. Hopefully there is an easy fix.

Measure the charging voltage while connected to the battery. Remove the battery from the charger & then measure the battery voltage. The put the voltmeter on the battery while holding down the power button. Compare to the specs.

I wonder if you do internal battery disconnect and connect to let it system reboot.

You say it is not a battery issue but looking at the battery charge status icon it is showing completely empty. What I would suggest is disconnect the battery and check the voltage with a multimeter for offload voltage to see if it is truly charged or not.

I bought ATS-25 but mine never worked its in process of being returned. The FM radio i could hear but all white screen no control of radio. No real reset, rebooted with battery connection. Still nothing.

Does it behave the same way while the charger is plugged in?

That's not good news Kevin I have not heard of any problems with the Belka DX so trust it can be resolved without returning .
