I think people are forgetting what BloxFruits did is ILLEGAL, it's committing felony's in most states and or country's, and it directly breaks the Roblox T.O.S, It is stated if you have bought something before in a game that will give it to you either forever and or permanently you should be able to keep that item and or items, but it's also stated if they remove your item and sell it for a greater price and or a lower price, That will be breaking the Roblox T.O.S, which in this case, they did.

Removing a product in blox fruits that was advertised as "permanent" and purchased with is a clear violation of consumer rights taking an item sold as permanent then offering it at a discount to previous buyers is both misleading and unfair. Players affected by this have the right to persue legal action by filing complaints with gaming oversight bodies or consumer protection agencies, potentially leading to a class-action level to hold the developers accountable and seek proper compensation (COPY AND PASTE THIS)

Blox Fruits recently removed the Dragon Fruit, and gave us a token to buy the new one with a discount, an item I previously purchased permanently. This feels like a major breach of contract. I spent real money on something that was advertised as permanent, and now it's gone. The offered discount is simply not enough compensation. I'm extremely disappointed considering based on potential violations of consumer protection laws, breach of contract, and potentially deceptive trade practices. I had perm Dragon that I bought with my own money that I spent mowing lawns for during the summer 2 years ago when they announced Dragon would be getting a rework. I'm mad now because for 2 years I waited for the devs to rework the Dragon Fruit, but they delayed it and then waited another year, so 2 years in total, just for them to steal the perm fruit I worked hard to get. Now I have nothing. I have no Robux to spend because I did not expect the devs to do something as scummy as this. This is an injustice to the whole Blox Fruits community. They just broke Roblox’s T.O.S by taking away a permanent that people bought at a fair price, and telling them they have to buy it again in order to use it. I used my normal dragon token and got a t-Rex, I did not spend a week of my time getting a dragon for it to be a token for a t-Rex. They need to change the tokens into actual dragon fruits. Damn

What they did is completely illegal. Taking away players' permanent dragon and then forcing them to pay for a new one at basically the same price is crazy. If you had already purchased the old permanent dragon and now have to buy it again, you'd still end up spending a total of 5, 000 Robux

So the devs are basically treating the new dragon as a new fruit, which is really odd considering they r calling it a rework. Worst part is that the people w old dragon that choose not to buy the new one or trade it out will lose their robux when the “old” dragon is removed
