Good example of this is a conman. They say they see good future and invites you to join their schemes/plans and many fall for it.

The reason why an engaging vision for the future is magnetic/attractive to others is because it has the power to give their lives meaning and purpose. This is fundamentally why charisma is magnetic: people's unmet needs for meaningful purpose.

In that sense it's about knowing yourself and fearing no question about yourself.

What is important to you? (e.g. values)
Who are you? (e.g. personality)
What are your resources (e.g. skills)
What do you want? (e.g. goals)
How do you feel? (e.g. unprocessed emotions)

When you can answer these questions, no job interviews or dates are going to scare you
as much anymore. I'd also add the vision of your future, present and past-self.

Because you are confident in who you are, were and want to be.

“Share them with me, your thoughts, your ambitions, the principles you would follow.”

Even having hobbies helps. At least it's something you have plans for. I know when I meet someone who's hobbies are "go home watch t.v." I don't feel attracted to them.

Having a vision for the future signals certainty in the face of uncertainty. That’s charisma

This is definitely true. I wouldn’t say that is all charisma is. A person also needs leadership and positive attitude in tandem with a vision.

Charisma is composed of several key behavioral elements, which serve the delivery of a powerfully engaging vision of the future and of the leadership towards it:

1. Confidence: Displaying self-assurance and poise.
2. Presence: Being fully attentive and engaged in the moment.
3. Communication Skills: Articulating ideas clearly and persuasively.
4. Empathy: Understanding and connecting with others' emotions.
5. Passion: Demonstrating enthusiasm and energy.
6. Authenticity: Being genuine and true to oneself.

Man this is clearly true but also hard to hear… I’ve shunned ambition for the last decade, due to a number of factors I won’t get into. But I know I need some direction in my life. Anyway Dr K always comes thru with the wisdom

Base likability😊
Why likeability: persuasion
(What is persuasion.)
-persuasion is IMAGINATION
- selling is SHARING that imagination

Glad nobody is out here saying dumb shit like "be yourself and people will like you" I'm glad people like Dr.K are honest that people need to work on themselves

Fact!! I was just having a conversation with a guy, not necessarily about this, however, it involved talking about where we were at mentally and the goals we have for ourselves. It was a really engaging and interesting convo!!

It’s alright to be a lost soul but it was so nice to actually feel somewhat content at where I’m at in life and have someone be on the same page as me.

Peak night out dmc that I’d like to imagine was platonic- which kinda doesn’t relate to this video in a rizzful sense. But shit’s got me happy, reflecting, and looking forward to seeing them again!

and then being able to communicate that vision effectively. it’s not charisma if you have a vision for your life but then don’t know how to express that vision to others

Vision is important, but I think the key here is intent. There are times when people do things and you can tell if it’s halfhearted or with intent and it’s that level of intensity that people feel as charisma.

Charisma is also important in job interviews.

I'd say that's because this feeling of safety and certainty, or at least that sensation of complacency and overwhelmingly carefree acceptance of literally anything;

is quite contagious and thus just makes people instinctively gravitate towards you, because the presence of this sensation, is breadcrumbing them into following it's source, hopefully getting the full experience themselves too.

That's my guess.
