Will, Grace, and Karen respectfully walk away,  giving Jack and his mom their privacy. "I have a secret, too!" Will, Grace, and Karen subtly pivot and walk back to the conversation. Pure gold.

Sean Hayes won a well-deserved Emmy for his performance in this episode!

I love Jack's reaction to the revelation about his father. That "What!?" with his gesture makes me laugh every time.

When Jacks mother tells him, how she is grateful for him, and that he could never disappoint her, it just hits hard. That's just how mothers are. The bond between a child and a mother is so beautiful, selfless and of unconditional love.

Will and Grace doesn't get enough credit for the sudden shift in America's attitude toward homosexuality and alternate lifestyles. It may have been the most culturally significant series in history.

Veronica Cartwright is a gem. I never understood why they never brought her back. My favorite parent though was Debbie Reynolds.

"Honey, i think you're missing the silver lining here, when you're old and in diapers a gay son will know how to keep you away from chiffon and backlighting!"... Karen delivered the most iconic lines! and in this case truthful lol

karen's line about chiffon and backlighting has always cracked me up and is one of my FAVORITES of the entire run of the original series! :-D

“ if this phrase doesn’t end in ‘born in a manger, ’ I’m going to be violently ill” 😂 cracks me up every time.

Nothing better than Will, Grace, and Karen walk 'back' when Jack's mom says she has a secret too. Who cares if this a private moment between them. They have got to hear this! HAHAHAHAHAHA

As a straight man who doesn’t understand very much about gay lifestyle, there is nothing funnier than Will & Grace skits. Gays seem to be born with the magical blessing of humor something Sadly missing in the straight world. I guess we all need each other

I love this episode! 😂😂😂… it went from “aaawwww, that’s a nice mom, I’m happy for Jack” to “oh my, OH MY, what the… seriously Jack’s mom!! 😂😂👏👏”

Im a heterosexual woman. I’ve been with men almost my whole life and I’ve always been sexually attracted to them. But I completely support the LGBTQ. I was raised in a household where it was taught that love is love. I will raise my future child or children with that same mentality. What jacks mom said is what plan to say this to my future child if they tell me they are gay. I’ll also add that if they have already met someone special, they can bring him or her to Sunday dinner (I just need a heads up as to whether the person eats meat or a vegetarian so I can prepare a dish for him or her). I don’t care if someone is gay or lesbian, I care that they are loved and happy.

The video left out the best line. Grace tells Karen that Jacks mother still thinks he is straight. Karen asks, "What is she, headless?
