Imran, Botham Kapil and Hadlee should be jointly no 2.
Kallis no 7. Despite his stupendous record, I believe he could not have 150 wickets had he been a bowler of Indian sub continent.

Did not consider Keith Miller as it is a list of players whom I have seen playing. Other greats are there as well.

Imran, Mike Proctor, Keith Miller, Hadlee, Pollock, Botham, Clive Rice, Kapil, Faulkner. Kallis and Sobers are not all rounders, they are great batsmen and part time bowlers with bowling averages 32 and 37.

Kallis was mainly batsman, part time bowler, sobers almost similar, rating kapil and imran best as played in spinning track of subcontinent, Hadley great bowler bur poor battar of all 4 at his time, Botham is good but doubt about his performance as a bowler in India, Pakistan surface, so kapil and imran best.

I think Richard hadlee is not a better allrounder than kapil Dev and similarly imran Khan is not better allrounder than Jack kallis, other Ranking is correct.

Botham, Kapil & Imran.
At the time of his retirement kapil is the highest wicket taker in the world in both tests & ODIs. His batting figures are better than Imran & importantly Kapil apart from being a greatest captain, bowler, batsman he is a great athlete & better fielder than all.
