I genuinely had no idea that Snipers at sniper range can outsmart bullet. This explains so much and I hate it.

they're all not really necessary but the sniper one is just ridiculous, sniper is already good enough

A while back they nerfed the Demoman to make sticky spamming less viable, only to revert it back after outcry. Considering Demo has always been one of the most powerful classes in the game and Heavy is arguably underpowered, I'd be happy seeing these nerfs reverted

You telling me that a 150 KGs minigun that fires 200$ custom tool cartridges at ten thousand rounds per minute. Which costs four hundred thousand dollars to fire that weapon for 12 seconds doesn't make sniper scopes to flinch?!

Not being able to make Sniper flinch should absolutely go. The mini-gun is already inaccurate at longer ranges and Sniper already is very powerful, so letting Heavy flinch him would be fine.

Another hidden downside (which only applies in mvm) is that it does a whopping 50% less damage to tanks which is why you never see heavies on tank busting duty!

It's sad as hell that a class as OP as Demo got the Sticky nerf undone because they cried so much about it, but Heavy is still saddled with the Minigun nerf because there aren't enough Heavy mains to complain

You're forgetting the biggest downside is that is cost $400, 000 to fire the weapon for 12 seconds.

I think doubling the range at which the bullets can make Sniper flinch would be totally fine. It would mean that it would be a bit easier to pester Sniper at midrange as Heavy, which is something he really struggles with.

As a Sniper main... I had no idea we didn't flinch. I never noticed it. That explains so much.

Make the minigun flinch scoped snipers, that's just unfair for the Heavies.

If Sniper already has a built-in counter to Heavy, then he shouldn't be able to equip the Darwin's Danger Shield. Why the fuck is the only long range class in the game able to shut down two very consistent means of flinching his one-hit kill mechanic at the same time? Back when I first started playing in 2012, the "pay to win" item set bonus that Sniper got from using the Danger Shield's set was being able to tank one headshot and being dropped to 1 hp, and it was very rare to see anyone actually use the full set since everybody thought the Sydney Sleeper was trash. Every single attempt at "rebalancing" this item has been a complete failure that just makes sniper stronger.
