You can get an identically-spec'd 4050 Laptop with 90 watts for like $600 if you look around, I'm not sure the price bump for a neutered wattage 4060 is worth it. Then there are the usual MSI quality control issues to worry about on top of that.

I went to microcenter yesterday, Sunday March 30th. Got an HP Victus 15, ryzen 7 8845hs, rtx 4060, 16 gb Samsung ddr5 ram (that I swapped for 32 GB team group elite), 1 TB m.2 SSD for $750. And it comes with a 200w power brick in the box

This power limit really cripplers down the card. I have mobile 4060 at 75W with 12500H and 3dMark score is 10100 points.

you can always change the gpus bios for a higher tgp but it will cause more heat so you might need a laptop cooler

I had a gs75 stealth with a 2070 max q which was really good when I bought it. It lasted me years and is still a decent gaming laptop. I upgraded to a desktop from you guys with a 4070 and it us obviously much better.

Bought this laptop last week, it performs great and has low temps . I would recommend for the money.
