Its ridiculous that the Egyptian pyramids are on this list. They are a top item. Indeed, why is it that the great pyramids of Giza also appear on your (Mojo) list of top ten bucket list places to see before you die (at number 1 from memory !! LOL)

As someone who has been to a couple of these, I’d just like to say three small points.
1. Totally agree with little mermaid. As a Dane who has been to Copenhagen to visit a couple times, it’s really just a wait in line, take a picture, then leave type, situation. There’s a couple cool places nearby to visit, and the boat tour can be informative. But even the guides now a days advise other Danes against seeking it out. It’s just over crowded with people who all seem to want to touch her instead of appreciate her for what she stands/sits for.
2. Totally agree with the walk of fame in Hollywood. It’s full of homeless people, closed down stores, street performers, and that’s about it. The Chinese Theatre is basically the only thing to grab a picture of there, otherwise it’s a waste. So many better places to see in LA County.
3. Disagree with Forbidden City. It’s actually really interesting, and unless you go during the busy season it’s not that bad. And your advice of go early is the EXACT WRONG advice. They have a cap of people allowed in there on any single day, and you can book in advance to see which days are busier than others. So tons of people rush for morning tickets, and it’s actually much nicer in the early afternoon to wander around when the rush is over. The touristy feel is only in a couple small side areas, and with how GIANT it is, it’s not that hard to find quieter areas, overall it’s pretty free flow if you don’t hit rush hour. The giant crowd you have in the video isn’t actually inside the forbidden city, that’s in the entrance courtyard before you enter. There’s a lot that just chill there without actually entering the real forbidden city. Also if anyone does go, remember your ID, and grab the audio guide right at the entrance, extremely informative. And if the clock exhibit is still going on, go see it even if there’s a line, VERY impressive.

The churches next to Pisa are more impressive than the tower.

I agree with the little mermaid. I'm a Dane, have been in Copenhagen a million times, seen the mermaid once. Denmark has so much more fun and beautiful things to offer than a statue

Niagara Falls was a wonderful experience for me. The Canadian side is really beautiful and the boat ride by the falls was definitely breathtaking and exciting. Just make sure to focus on the falls and not getting the perfect selfie while on the boat. I loved it💕💕

I disagree with the pyramids, Forbidden city, Niagra falls and Piza, I found them great to visit at least once. Also, being from Ireland and also having lived in Cork, I'm disappointed to see Blarney on this list. I enjoyed it every time I brought foreign friends there

The Equator monument is located where La Condamine and the Geodesic Mission calculated it was. They didn’t have a GPS to help them back then.

If you're going to be negative, The Grand Canyon is just a hole in the ground.

I disagree with the forbidden city. It's super cool.

Like a lot of people already mentioned forbidden city is a absolute must see attraction and should not be on the list. I liked it even better than the Great Wall which depends of course on the exact location and season of the wall.
Also while the astronomical clock is not the most interesting thing to see, you'll probably will be in Prague for some different reasons and might as well stop by if you are already there

Are you serious? When you mention the Leaning Tower of Pisa you're referring to a campanile which is made of the most precious marble in the world (the marble of Carrara). Furthermore, the leaning tower is just a section of one of the most beautiful monumental complex of the world, which includes the cathedral, battistero and cemetery, all made of marble, surrounded by a beautiful green field and all dated approximately 1173. Don't be misleading just to get some likes please!

Leaning tower of Pisa - sure it may be underwhelming and flocked with tourists, but it is placed in such a beautiful town, surrounded by breathtaking tuscan scenery. If you are going to the Leaning Tower of Pisa (i.e in Pisa) just to see the tower, don't bother, but definitely do go and see it if you want to immerse yourself in the culture, foods, wineries and views of Tuscany, it's very much worth your while.
