I’m American. I do work in film and television and didn’t know Robbie until Finding Nemo (duet with Nicole Kidman) and heard how hard he was tryin to make it in LA.

WE TOLD HIM, HIS NAME SOUNDS TOO MUCH LIKE “Robin” Williams … so agents won’t take him.
They didn’t. We were right. He chuckled and said “never thought of that”.
We booked him a flight with “Monald Muck, Rickey Rouse and Pelvis Evesley”

Robbie went back home to Britain and his career came back… He hardly had to re introduce himself.
Great guy, very straight talking and fun loving. Does good charity work too.
Bless the chimpanzee and his great new biopic. Great idea.
