ALL movement falls into one of TWO types = internal rotation biased and external rotation biased.

Training the rotation that you are limited in can improve how you feel and how you perform.

Knowing what type of movements improve a particular rotation is CRITICAL.

Here. You. Go.

- Horizontal pressing and hinging activities improve internal rotation at the shoulders and hips.

- Vertical pressing and squatting activities improve external rotation at the shoulders and hip.

If you’re missing internal or external rotation, give these moves a shot!

Hey Zac, could you do a tutorial of some "gym" corrective exercises like the ones showed you can do unilaterally to improve hips and shoulder rotation for left aic right bc (so l hip and shoulder IR and right hip and shoulder er)? I would find it helpful!
