After buying almost every product & software they ever made, I am done buying anything from this company ever again. Never have I had to deal with such shit service & all around scumbags as them not caring that their drm is completely as broken as their software & hardware. They just released a new keyboard rather than fix this shit generation, & they are just selling these for cheap now refurbished which will screw over countless more suckers.

There customer service stinks and so does their products don't buy if you want to loose money .. They don't answer emails, they don't return faulty goods. Now having to pursue a legal route to get a refund with this company absolute disgrace and I am not the only one save your money.
