Hmmm, planning to schedule a physical and full workup, but I wonder if this explains my recent mysteriously high BP (initial blood work showed no hormone issues)... I'm very active athletically, diet is super light and clean (low-salt/high-fiber/whole food-plant based), drink a ton of water, hit my neighborhood trails for hikes and tree-bathing all the time, did all this shadow work and spiritual awakening journey (which cleared my blockages and I do feel like I've reached that state of vibin' with the Oneness) has done even more to reduce stress (which was not high to begin with)... but yeah BP keeps spiking too high for no discernable reason

My DM and I look like brother/sister, even twins. We are the same completion and have the same hair texture. He looks like a male version of me. I noticed that and many other similarities when we met. I knew then that this connection was somehow different, but I didn't know how. Uncanny.

I got rash's. Lumps on the side of my neck.... Will this stuff go away? I do feel better. Lighter. And was able to stop a pretty strong medicine COLD TURKEY. Absolutely amazing. Oh... And my urine has become really dark? Is this purging? I got worried & got a blood test. They said all good. Alot of changes.

Sometimes there is hot air coming out of the ears, hot air also coming from inside the body, heart palpitations at certain times. And is it normal that my menstruation suddenly stopped and its has been 6 months. Is all this normal, please give me Why my menstruations stop??? They said its a sign of clearing the root chakra symptoms, but i can't find an article about that

What you're talking about doesn't quite seem like dark night of the soul symptoms which have much more fear and anxiety. It seems like you're talking about changes that happen when you're on the other side of the healing journey and you can see the light again

In the last year, I have had skin issues that I have NEVER had in my life. I had a rash surface on my poor face that I could literally not get rid of for 7 months. It has now just begun to fade away after multiple treatments. I’ve noticed that I have to consider getting hypoallergenic everything because I’m so sensitive to scents, materials, ingredients that I was not previously sensitive too. I have not spoken to my DM in almost two years. It’s really difficult. I’ve been purging and doing the inner work. It’s just really difficult. God has given me visions of them on numerous occasions of what I interpret as futuristic events that have come true incrementally. All of this is just a lot.

My twin told me a couple of weeks ago that I look different, prettier, my nose looks smaller lol. I don't know, I don't see it at all lol. Anelisa, what about having the same physical symptoms both at the same time? For example and just to name one, I've been having digestive system issues the last weeks and then he followed. I have many other examples but you know what I mean. Thank you!! 💘💖💗
