Ok... trying to do a live stream via facebook my facebook company page OBS is up and running but I cant find the feed when starting to Live facebook feed... suggestions?

I don't see the Ingestion settings at all. If I try and stream (without adjusting anything) I get massive latency (10 seconds or so) and low quality. I'm on a hard line for both computers (encoder and viewer). Connection is 100 down, 10 up.
