My grandma used to do this to me until she got sick when I was 21, I miss her so much, and I've never found anyone that will do this to my back. Such great bonding 💜 I always fell asleep and slept deep when she did tracing! Love the arm game too 💜

That was very soothing. My dad used to give my sibs & I back rubs at bedtime. Mom never did, but I used to give her backrubs and brush her long hair, and my siblings and I used to do back tickles and tracing games on each other's backs when we were little. I've never had a partner in adulthood who liked doing it and I could only get quick, grudging back rubs, even though I was always willing to reciprocate, so it's nice to see families who bond this way. Thanks for the relaxing video.
