Dr. G's Body Language Course:

In this video, Dr. G, a clinical and forensic psychologist, delves into the chilling case of Wade Wilson, the convicted double murderer, who was recently sentenced to death for the brutal killings of Kristine Melton and Diane Ruiz in Cape Coral, Florida. Known as the "Deadpool Killer" due to his name and distinctive tattoos, Wilson's case has been marked by his disturbing actions and courtroom behavior. During the trial, the prosecution presented overwhelming evidence of his guilt, including his confessions and the gruesome details of the murders. The video provides a detailed analysis of Wilson's behavior and body language during the sentencing, offering insights into his reactions as the judge handed down the death sentence.

Wade Wilson's trial concluded with a death sentence for the brutal murders of Kristine Melton, 35, and Diane Ruiz, 43, in 2019. Wilson, who committed these heinous crimes in Cape Coral, Florida, was found guilty on June 12, 2024. The trial was intense, with the prosecution presenting overwhelming evidence, including witness testimonies and forensic details that led to Wilson's conviction. During the sentencing phase, Wilson's defense attempted to argue for leniency by presenting evidence of possible brain trauma, but the jury ultimately recommended the death penalty, which the judge confirmed today.

As the judge announced the death sentence, Wilson's reaction—or lack thereof—spoke volumes. In this analysis, Dr. G discusses what these reactions might indicate about Wilson's psychological state and the broader implications for understanding criminal behavior in such high-stakes situations. This video is a must-watch for anyone interested in the intersection of psychology, criminal behavior, and the justice system.

He sits/carries himself like a high school boy who thinks he’s too cool for school

In my opinion, the Judge going through this like he’s at the DMV, procedural and emotionless, is the ultimate power play over this dude.

He may be trying to show he's strong but what I see is a scared man awaiting a fate he cannot change. Thanks for the analysis Dr. G.

As a retired Forensic Psychiatric RN, I think his attempt to appear so stoic failed! He looks scared!!! He cannot keep moving his head and eyes from darting around constantly checking his surroundings.

A flawless analysis, Dr. G. You made a really strong point about Wilson's ability to control himself. You are evidently very skilled in psychology. Thank you for your service.

He is constantly looking down his nose at people. Arrogant & defiant. He is absolutely NOT remorseful at all! Thank you judge for those families who has suffered by this man's hands! And there are other victims out there, you can bet on that!

Love your opinions of criminal behaviors in the courtroom. It has helped me to understand people more in general and interpret their true meaning. It's really a fascinating topic. Thanks for the great insights Dr. G. You are wonderful :)

Idk why the “I’m impulsive” excuse works for people, in or out of court. There are so many situations that unexpectedly trigger strong emotions, but they don’t react to most of them. Like how abusers claim they can’t control their tempers and yet they can have stressful day at work without attacking their boss or coworkers. Then they miraculously lose self control when they’re around their victim

As soon as I seen the heavy breathing and swallowing you talked about when he was found guilty, I immediately thought of you and was hoping you’d do this one!!! Didn’t think we’d get it so fast. Thank you! You’re by far my favorite body language expert on here

I really think this guy thought he’d never get the death penalty. He’s probably gotten off a lot of other things in his past, not anymore!

Best part is getting to watch this safely from my home while his non-life is only beginning. Thank you, Dr. G!

I love the way you did this video, especially when you pointed out his half smile and showed it again, because I missed it the first time. Thanks, great job and to the point.

I love how the "minor" (5 years, some hundred days, etc...) charges are interspersed with "death" and the judge says them with the same tone and inflection.

The fact that his eyes are looking all around shows he is not at ease. He is jumping out of his skin but doing his best to control it. Very sad situation all around.
